Plants to Pints

Calling all home brewers and beer connoisseurs! Pennsbury Manor invites you to step into the 17^th century brewery for Plants to Pints!  Meet the gardener in the kitchen garden and discover the ingredients that will go into the brew. Then, join the brewer for the mixing of the grain and hops as you take in the history of brewing in the time of William Penn. Afterwards, try your hand at bottling beer and have a taste of a 17^th century brew. Don’t forget to come back for Holly Nights and pick up the beer you made! Space is limited and reservations are strongly suggested. Reserve your spot by calling 215-946-0400 or by emailing Dan Miller at c-danmille@pa.gov. You must be 21 or older to sample and take home brewed beer. This program is FREE for members of the Pennsbury Society. Regular admission is $15.00
