The joyners will be crafting an object using 17th century tools and discussing the techniques of the trade. Come over to the Blacksmith Shop where the blacksmith will be working over the hot coals and discussing what their roles were in the 17th Century.

Try your hand at cider-pressing and sample the results, stop in the Kitchen House to watch our brewers making Apple Beer, and watch as pippins and apples abound as the cooks use an array of 17th century receipts (recipes) and cooking techniques to prepare foods fit for William Penn.
