This season Pennsbury Manor is hosting a few different ornament making workshops, in various formats to fit your family’s needs. We have offerings for all ages and in-person or virtual. Our in-person workshop for adults runs simultaneously with a pay-what-you-wish children’s workshop, so you can bring the whole family for a festive, fun morning at Pennsbury!
Read below for more:
Saturday December 10 (for adults):
Create beautiful and unique gifts—or decorate your own tree—with handmade ornaments that capture the spirit of the holidays and release your creativity. Join our educators for this fun, hands-on class (that’s even more fun with a friend!) and create your own Holly Nights lantern, a felted snowman (using wool from the Pennsbury flock!), and tiny Moravian paper stars. Materials are included for the class as well as for you to take home and continue creating!
$35 each | $31.50 for members
10am-12pm
This program runs simultaneously with the children’s Holiday Workshop so you and your child both have the chance to enjoy a festive, fun morning at Pennsbury.
Saturday December 10 (for kids):
Father Christmas is coming to Pennsbury! And he is bringing his gingerbread decorating supplies so everyone can learn to create festive cookies for the holidays. Join us for a fun-filled workshop for children (ages 5-12) where they will learn to decorate gingerbread, have Storytime with Father Christmas, and create a gnome ornament out of Pennsbury gourds and wool.
Pay what you wish ($10 suggested donation)
