*Pennsbury Manor is a participating member of Museums for All. We offer $2 admission for up to 4 people for families participating in SNAP/EBT & WIC.
Grounds are open on Tuesdays, but all buildings and facilities are closed, including restroom facilities.
Guided tours are available Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are recommended, but not required for groups of 10 or fewer. To make a reservation, please call (215) 946-0400 or fill out the form on this page.
Grounds Passes allow visitors to explore our grounds at their leisure. Grounds Passes are not available on Sundays, visitors must purchase regular admission tickets.
Monday – our site is closed to all visitors.
Tuesday – our grounds are open 10 am to 5 pm and all facilities are closed (including restrooms).
Wednesday through Saturday – our grounds and Visitor Center are open 10 am to 5 pm.
Sundays – our grounds and Visitor Center are open 12 pm to 5 pm.
We are currently offering guided tours at the following times: Wednesday – Saturday at 11:00am, 1:00p & 2:30pm, and Sunday at 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm & 3:30pm.
Guided tours include an orientation video, access to our ‘Seed of a Nation’ exhibit, and a walking tour of our grounds, including our Kitchen House and Manor House.

You are welcome to explore the grounds at your own pace, and if you want to learn more about our site’s history, you can dial into our recently updated cell phone tour at various info points across the grounds! A map of the site and the orientation for our cell phone tour can be found behind the Visitor Center.
You will not be able to access the Manor House or historical buildings. To gain access to these buildings, you will need to purchase a guided tour ticket. (See guided tour schedule).

We do not have food service on our site. You may want to plan to eat at one of the many local restaurants or bring your own food.
Yes, we have a pavilion with picnic tables next to our visitor center as well as benches along the paths. You may also bring a blanket to enjoy a nice picnic down in the grassy area by the river.
No, our tours will go out rain or shine.
No, water activities are not allowed on our premises.
